Land and real property occupancy pricing is defined by:
- The area of the Port in which the property is located;
- Several criteria that qualify the property within each zone;
- The characteristics of the project for which the asset is required.
The amount of the fee depends on the previous three points and is contractually defined with the client through a temporary occupancy authorisation agreement, the duration of which also depends on the client’s needs.
The conclusion of this Convention will be preceded by a call for competition as provided for in the regulations in force.
