Since the introduction of the ISPS Code (a set of international measures relating to the safety and security of ships and port facilities), access to international ports has been regulated worldwide. The Port of Saint-Malo has also implemented access control on its land-based maritime domaine. Nevertheless, the Port wishes to continue its process of openness and transparency for the general public.
